Coconut Pancakes (Kanom Krok)
One of the most popular street foods in Thailand is also a favourite Thai Dessert - Coconut Pancakes – Kanom Kluk. These are cooked on a cast iron griddle that has little indentations for the batter, but you can also use an Ebelskiver pan, or a small omelette type skillet.
